The long-lost Sterling siblings have been searching for each other for years. After 20 years, Ethan Sterling, now a successful businessman, finds his sister, Sarah Sterling, and disguises himself to reach her. Believing Ethan is struggling, Sarah sells her blood to raise money and plans to help him find a job at the factory.
